The Indian Mackerel is popularly knon as Bhangda locally, seen along the shallow waters along coasts of India. The body of the Indian mackerel is moderately deep, and the head is longer than the body depth. The fish is deep fried or pan fried with Rava or made in to a spicy curry . As well as being a famously rich source of Omega3; mackerel is also packed with vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, E and K – it truly is a ‘superfood’!
Bangda was fresh n cleaned to perfection. It was fresh and good on taste too.
